You love growing herbs,

but you've hit the wall of uncertainty.

  • You've read the online articles, you've tried your best, and sometimes they thrive, but then…

  • Or you know all about their herbal properties, but don't know what they look like or found out how to grow them...

    • A plant dies unexpectantly despite your best efforts...

    • There is a gap between the books/online articles and what happens in your garden..

    • You want to grow herbs suited to your specific Australian conditions

    • You feel it should be easier than this... so where is the help I really need?

You don't need more tips. You need ongoing expert guidance that leads you into the plant world.

You need a trusted structure, not more noise.

  • A source of trusted information & real world experience

Christopher Smith has spent over 50 years at the intersection of horticulture, herbal medicine, and environmental science. This isn't theoretical study; it's deep, practical knowledge earned through decades of growing.

He created Herbology Hub to share this grounded knowledge in a clear, step-by-step way. The aim is not just to give you information... It's structured guidance that walks you through how herbs actually grow, to create abundance in your own garden.

What you receive inside the Hub:

✅ 2 Live online meet ups Per Month: 60–90 minutes each, designed to fully explore a single topic—not skim over it.

➕Office Hour -60 minutes: Questions, mini topics, updates and Guest speakers

Direct Access to Christopher plus Q&A: Get your specific growing questions answered by an experienced mentor.

This is not for:

❎ People looking for quick fixes or "hacks".

❎ Casual dabblers who aren't interested in learning properly

Where we are different frrm other programs...

Unlike generic programs that rely on information dumping and stale, pre-recorded presentations, Herbology Hub is built on live, interactive depth.

We refuse to rush through topics or make assumptions about your experience; instead, we prioritise calm, considered learning and question-driven guidance that adapts to the actual needs of your plants and your land.

You aren't just buying theory - you are accessing over 45 years of lived horticultural experience and a rare integration of environmental science and clinical herbalism that ensures you grow properly, not just fast.

As a member you have a say...

As a member your questions and concerns are taken seriously. I encourage you to ask questions in the meet ups... The only silly question is the one unasked. Also request a special topic or herb to be covered. Its all possible.

This foundational training is supported by a university degree in Environmental Science, providing a rare integration of scientific principles and decades of hands-on growing expertise.

As a specialist in sustainable cultivation and stewardship, Christopher has successfully grown over 120 medicinal species.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is HERBOLOGY HUB suitable for beginners?

Absolutely, We have all been beginners at some stage, and I shape our meet ups so that we walk through the topic in a structured way and minimise overwhelm. Any questions are very welcome. They often open up new areas of discussion.

Absolutely! We have all been beginners at some stage. What I look for in members is enthusiasm, the desire to give it a go.. curiosity and wanting to expand their plant growing world.

What if I miss a session?

No problems... The in-depth meet ups are all recorded and the special talks in Office hour are as well. As a member you have the links to access these recordings at any time. No bullshit time limits, if you are a member, you have access.

Our monthly in depth meet up is recorded plus any time we have special guests or a mini topic. Recordings are stored and members have access at any time. No time limits or expiry dates as in other memberships.

Will this work in my climate?

We always ask ourselves these questions. Let me know what climate you are in and we work with that in the webinars. When we cover herbs in depth I am upfront about the climate range it grows in.

Let me know your climate and I will adapt the information for you. Having grown plants in a range of climates I get not every plant grows everywhere. From Tropical to Cool temperate there is quite a difference.

Is this only for serious growers?

Here is what I look for in a member. A love of plants & a keen interest in medicinal herbs and a willingness to learn more and try it out in their garden. Regardless of size, climate and previous experience.

Regardless of experience... the amount of land you have (from a balcony to 200 acres) age... Climate or qualifications we all meet on common ground. The love of plants, how to grow them so they thrive and how to use them for our health.

Is this like other webinars that are out there?

No. Firstly they are all LIVE. No pre-recording.

I draw on information from a broad range of sources and synthesise it into a coherant talk. When we talk specific herbs then I go to great lengths to give you a sense of the herb. Beyond all the technical names... The essence of the plant so that you can recognise when that plant is appropriate for a situation.

Next - you can put forward suggestions for talks... who else offers that?

Absolutely not. Firstly these monthly meets up are LIVE, not pre recorded. This means flexibility, you can ask questions, we can talk over a point for awhile, like a conversation... There is some text, plus images and we tackle subjects in a way so your understanding builds. I'm interested in a vast range of topics and bring a wide range of related information into our discussions. Then at the end we chew the cud over what has been covered and have time for more questions (and digressions).

Will this feel overwhelming or complicated?

I step through material in a straight forward way, you can stop me at any time ask questions... Then there is the replay of the recording.
